monster hq moving?

The Boston Herald is reporting today on speculations that Monster Worldwide is moving their headquarters to another location.
Monster may be moving their headquarters from Maynard, Massachusetts, to Boston. Sources told the Herald that Monster is seeking 150,000 square feet of space and has looked at a building in the city’s Seaport District. A source also said Monster is close to signing a deal for 20,000 square feet of space in Cambridge’s Kendall Square.
Currently Monster leases 264,000 square feet in the Clock Tower Place in Maynard for $12 for square foot. One broker said he doubted Monster would give up that kind of deal for space in Boston that would be much more expensive, most likely two or three times their current rate.
A Monster spokesperson told the Herald that he was not aware of any move.
