My brother works in an organization and is getting 18,000 as salary. The employer has never paid "TDS" out of his salary.

Please tell me is it my brother’s fault that he is getting salary without Tax Deduction ?

could you share to me details of strategy and training scheme to implement TPS in your organization?
furthermore, is that necessary to conduct TPS training for managers ? if that’s so, would that be just in-class training? or need post-activity after training? if the post-activity after training is necessary, what kind ? and how to evaluate ?

I joined in one Well named Authorized Red Hat Training Center chennai i paid 14500 Rs for course fee,they completed course

After i paid 12550 for appearing Redhat RHCE Exam

Red hat conducted exam july 28th 2009 and intimate us within three official working day result will come.

We eleven people appear the exam,but till date we didn’t get result.

I contact Redhat they told our authorized center didn’t paid money

But we paid thrgh DD,is there anyway to misuse DD

Please some body guide me what to do. How I can take legal action against them… Your early advice will be greatly beneficial to me..
