Greetings!

I am priya, did my M.B.A from Banasthali University in HR. Currently I am working with a Delhi based consultancy in recruitment profile. I am working here from past 4 months and now I am looking for change where I can have more exposure to other functions in HR.

Currently I am not getting any further opportunities to go for such profile. so just want help on this that should I opt for some training courses in HR so that I can get the same and what kind of courses and from where should i opt that?

Kindly help me on this, as i want to make my career in core HR profile.
