I had resigned from a organization overseas.however after a short period i realised that it was a mistake.I called up the recruitment agency asked if I could join back. The organization initially said NO but later came up to say they are happy to re employ me.What should I do in this situation.The kind money I would earning will be too good.Will my colleages be anti-me?
