Hi All,

I am a software engineer by profession. In few days, I will be taking over as a Recruiter – IT in an organization. Currently I am pursuing my executive MBA from Mumbai. I am Term-1 of the same. I plan to take the profile of the recruiter ahead in future.

My question is @ time of specialization, what would be better option for me? HR or Operations Management? I am also planning to take SAP-HR or ORACLE-EBIZ SUITE-iRecruitement after my MBA.

Can you please advise the difference between these two components of Salary – Medical Allowance & Medical Reimbursement, and how tax exemption can be claimed under each of these?

Can’t employees claim for tax exemption to the extent of medical bills submitted if they are getting a fixed Medical Allowance every month?

Hi, Friends Iam from bangalore, i am just planning to start a facility management firm with one one of my frien as partner.

but my capital is only Rs.2lakh. I want to register my company with LICENCE, ESI/PF, VAT,SRVC TAX, & other nessary registratins if there is any. Is it nessary to approach any agency to do all the formalitys or i can do it my self. i dont know how difficult it is. also please let me know how much it will cost for each registrations.

Is any private agency in b’lore to help me in all nessasary requirments.

I will be getting commission of Rs. 1 crore from my Finance Brokarage Business from a pvt.ltd company. I have no other income nor any income form bank FD etc. The payer is going to duduct TDS on my this income as per provision in 194H. After deduction of TDS I will get 11.33% less of 1 crore i.e Rs. 88,67,000/- as per TDS Rates.
My question is that, do I have to pay any further tax on Rs.88,67,000/- ( which I got after paying TDS) when ever I file my self assessed Income Tax Returns?
Also let me know which ITR form I should use to file my Income tax in this regard?
