We lost one of the finest HR person in South India yesterday as he was brutally murdered by workers in a plant. He was the VP HR of a company based in Coimbatore. Tribute to the brave HR man who has done lot of contributions to the world of HR by way of various forums and group mail. May your soul RIP and wishing all the strength to his family for facing the great loss.

Does this show how vulnerable our profession is ? What are the safety measures taken by various factories for the safety of workers on instances like this? This has happened many times before, like for example in Noida few months back. Why is it that HR person is always under attack for safeguarding Company’s rules & regulations?
