Very Important – Salary not paid by Employer of last 15 days

I was working in Grand Computers Edu. Pvt. Ltd. Nasik Branch.
Employer is Mr.Ulhas Pathak.
I resigned through official procedure giving 15 days notice and my services ended on 15/07/2009.
I went to take my salary on 16/08/2009 when I was shocked to learnt that the employer had kept the meesage that I had breached contract and hence my that 15 days salary would not be given to me. And also had added some recession/cost cutting reasons.
But in interview or while appointing we had no such discussions also. I was appointed as a trainee for Rs.10,000/- and after 3 months he was going to decide of contract, etc.
But I joined on 11/05/2009 and before the trainee period due to some unavoidable circumstances I had to resign.
Since that Mr.Ulhas Pathak is not attending my call and Mr.Subhash Ahire Senior person taking care of Management issues is the only person whom only had assured me that there wont be any issues, etc also has raised his hands that he cannot do anything in the matter. Now its almost more one month I am not getting my salary. I had been very honest and sincere in my job till the last day. Till now I have dealt with them with very politely and requested them kindly to release my salary.
I have read the forums and have trust that if I approach the Law I would get my last salary. Also I am sure that the employer is used to this type of activities and there may be more victims like me. I want this issue to lighten in either media and raise a voice against it.
Is there any one who can help me out of this. Since I am a layman and Mr.Ulhas Pathak is powerful person having healthy relations with Maharashtra Nav Nirman Sena (Raj Thankre) and also top relations with Police authorities.
In any case I do not want him to digest my hard efforts money.
Also I am sending a written final request letter to release my salary today.
