Hello Seniors
I have a confusion over Leave application, One of our staff who met with an accident at our factory and got his leg fractured and advised by the doctor to take one month complete bed rest, As he is on bed rest now, Is it required to take leave application from fim? or he could submit the same at the time of his joining ?
Please advise.
