Should Company paid monthly life Insurance premium be added to Monthly payslip gross?

Dear Seniors,
Should the Company paid monthly Life Insurance Premium be added to gross salary and then shown in the Pay slip Deduction so as to give the idea of actual cost to the company on monthly basis. Also please suggest that when the Term of the Insurance (eg. 5yrs etc) is completed should the CTC & gross be changed accordingly?
