Can any one help in this issue. What is the limit for ESI and ESI coverage of Minimum Members – How many? Say for Example, for PF 20 Members is the minimum quantum to fulfill the mandatory obligation, similarly, for ESI how much members to be present to fulfil the ESI coverage and what is the limit now? is it Rs.10K or 15k. Pls. explain and clarify?
