Hi,
I have worked for a software company in bangalore for 10 year and 2 months
I did resigned from that company on april 2010 for employment outside india
when I apporched finance team in my company to know my PF statement they told me they dont know the exact amount and only PF office will be know that.

When I told that I had intention of withdrawing the PF and pension amount fully as | will be settling outside India, they told me I can withdraw only 1/3 of that amount and rest will be paid after I attain 58 years, I opted for 1/3 with drawl and rest paid as pension after 58 years and submitted forms to my company.
after going thro posts in this forum It looks I was misguided by finance team of my company

my question to experts here is

1. Is it possible to withdraw PF and pension fully in the above condition?

2. if yes for the above question Is it possible to exercise the full withdrawl option now ( now company might have already submitted the application to PF office) if so then how to do that.

3. how to get the information on whether company people submitted the forms or not?

Experts please help me.
