Please guide me on the revised minimum wages in Chandugarh w.e.f 2010 specifically for Automobile Industry.

I have 40+ sales executives working in the organization and all fourty have 40 different salary slabs please guide me how to fix the salary slabs according to the experience that they carry down and also what is the minimum salary that can be offered to the employees and the freshers in accordance to the automobile industry
