I would like to ask you a question about the PF Amount…

I joined a Company in September,2009 and then i left it on 1st April,2010.
I did the full n final formalities without the notice period.
My PF deduction was Rs.550 and my salary in hand used to come 14,500/- apart from the incentives..

IMP THING : Now i am having a negative balance with that company, they say that i didnt served the notice period & i took 7 LWPs…

I wanna ASK U : that am i eligible for gettin the PF Amount, because it my right to get it…right ????

If yes then how can i get it and how much would i get …..
